“They should have a package that allows for smaller amounts, the box my light came in was big enough to contains 25 items of the same size. Somehow all the pagaing was on top of the light, and it had sunk to the botton corner, so most of the benefit of the packaging was lost anyway. The picture of the item was very hard to see on the website, it was white with a little bit of chrome on the edge, with a very light background so it was a bit of a punt to check it was OK. If you used a background of blue or some other colour, then it would have been a lot better. The product seems fine, it has still to be fitted.”

“Bulbs were perfect and arrived in good time. The box was massive with a horrendous amount of packing to protect the bulbs. Surely this could have been smaller.”

“Generally good but your packaging is very poor.Often the box in which the goods come is unnecessarily large and the padding inside so inadequate that the goods, often fragile light bulbs, rattle around. My latest delivery, which was part of a bigger order, was two conventional150watt bulbs loose in a box with practically no filler material to take up the excess space. The box arrived stove in but much to my surprise both bulbs were intact.”
