“We purchased an item from Lyco as a Christmas gift, unfortunately the after opening it, it wa found to be damaged. I called and advised. I spoke to Hollie who was very helpful, she first apologised for the item not arriving as it should have. Then procededa To send an email with a returns slip, and has arranged for the item to be picked up by the courier.”

“Absolutely brilliant. My parcel arrived the next day as requested even though it was close to Christmas.The alarms were put into place immediately and are working well.I would thoroughly recommend Lyco Their service and products are second to non. Will always use them in the future.”

“Very speedy service from ordering at minutes before 8pm and to delivery at exactly the time advised by text from the delivery company. The time it arrived was exactly the time of the start time of the hour time slot ie: 15:42 to 16:42 - it arrived at 15:42. Great service.”

“Ordered online on Sunday, arrived on Wednesday despite the fact that I live in the north of Scotland and it was the middle of the Christmas delivery rush. Excellent waterproof outside PIR light (Timeguard)”

“Paid extra for the delivery before 12 service. No delivery before 12. When I explained I had to pay for my electrician's time but had nothing for him to do their response was: "It was nothing to do with us it was the couriers fault" (despite me paying them an additional £8 for the early delivery service). When I asked if they could refund my electrician the answer was NO. AVOID”
