“Products great, delivery great, response to emails great. However there seems to be a bug on their system where you no longer automatically get invoices emailed to you. You used to always get a proper VAT invoice emailed once the goods have been dispatched. This no longer happens and they are aware of this but to date (this is our 4th order this year), it has not yet been resolved and we are having to email them asking for a VAT invoice after each order. PLEASE FIX THIS LYCO!!”

“Correctly updating their stock availability, all items we ordered showed as in stock at the time of ordering and delivery dates provided part of the order was since delayed and emails received to inform us that some of our items were no longer in stock with the supplier and that they would be 4 weeks later than expected This was a business order for a project we are working on and such delays further delay the completion date of the works which is far from satisfactory and deters is from using Lyco in the future as despite items stating they are in stock we can?t rely on them arriving Disappointed”
