“There were no instructions with the product and it took me ages to work out that you need to find the sensor unit inside the upright and reset various different switches. The self threading screws holding the parts together are not easy to undo and refit.Otherwise the product is OK but rather flimsy for the price.”

“excellent service and where I ordered two incorrect bulbs, totally my fault a refund was sorted straight away without issue and I was pointed to the correct bulb needed for my requirements.”

“Lights are good quality and delivery prompt and well packed. I have a complaint with the website which didn't state that the lights came with bulbs included and showed a number of bulbs that 'customers bought with this item'. Assuming that these bulbs were suitable, I ordered some. Firstly the bulbs weren't suitable and secondly they were not needed as the lights had bulbs included!! Not good customer information!!”
