“Initial order arrived within 36 hours but 1 lamp was damaged. I emailed customer services approx 4pm- replacement was at our house before lunch the next day with clear instructions on how to return the faulty unit at our leisure. All excellent and still better value than bigger, high profile retailer.”

“Emailed customer support 2 minutes after placing order asking to cancel the order. Paid high delivery cost for 3-5 days and it turn up the next day before they even relied.”

You placed your order at 18:18 on Thursday 12th September which is unfortunately after our office is closed for the day. Your order was then processed by our warehouse team the following day. We receive many many emails every day therefore cannot guarantee to immediately read and respond to a cancellation request made in this way. Our automatic reply sent to all customers who email us sets out clearly our expected response times. Telephoning our Customer Care Team when our offices re-opened on the following day would have been a better option to allow us to assist. We process all orders as quickly as we possibly can to ensure we not only meet, but if at all possible, exceed our customer's expectations in relation to delivery times. “Bulbs fit and work, but the colour is quite cool for a warm white, and didn't match the existing bulb which was supposed to be exactly the same (though 3 years old). Therefore will keep these bulbs as spares, but have now ordered some from elsewhere which were a much warmer white (2700K).”

“Lyco's part of the sale is excellent their delivery service by Hermes is not. Luckyly I recognised the garden seat under which the delivery was hidden using the picture on Hermes tracking site. My address has 40 tenants and a site office and is well signposted unlike the residential house property to which it was delivered.”
