“The latest parcel (43716544211) I received was very poorly packed. For instance the items inside the parcel were placed flat on the bottom of the package and between the top of the items and the top of the box was packing, if anything heavy was dropped on the base of the box the goods may have been damaged. In my opinion the lamps should have been placed in the middle of the package, in the middle of the packaging”
