“Although the site is easy to negotiate it could be improved for the non-business user. When trying to establish which bulb is needed the type being quoted is not as helpful as a small sketch when it comes to the design of the notches or keys which affect the fittings”

Thank you for your feedback. Most of our products are fragile by their nature and therefore we routinely use robust cartons that allow room for plenty of inner packing. Both our cartons and inner packing come from recycled sources. I understand your concern however we feel that as these days the majority of consumers have access to recycling facilities, we are confident the packaging will be disposed of responsibly. We would rather err on the side of caution in terms of packaging in order to avoid the disappointment of a delivery arriving damaged. Patricia Mullane Customer Care Team Leader
