Having previously contacted you directly we have now resolved the matter of the four of the seven fittings that you mention above. It is a concern that you were not able to fit these into the standard brick size space as this is not our experience. With regard to the ingress of water, we will be sending the aforementioned fittings to our supplier for inspection as soon as it is convenient for us to collect them after they are removed.
