Thank you for taking the time to respond to our request for feedback. It is much appreciated. We quote a delivery time to the Isle of Man of two to three working days. On looking into your query I note that your consignment left our warehouse on the 8th September and arrived on the 10th Sep so therefore within our quoted timeline so I am not sure why you believe it arrived late by two days.
