“It's easy to order and it arrives quickly, but I have found that if someone gives me a bulb and asks me to order more of them I very often can't find anything on the website that says the same as what's on the bulb.”

“My only criticism is that I cannot get to pay with Paypal. Either my virus protection or the Lyco link to Paypal is not working properly. I have used Paypal with other sites so I suspect that this is a Lyco problem.”

“I found the Lyco site quite a bit of hard work to use to the extent that i was not sure if my order had gone through or not....once the order had gone through i found Lyco very quick and efficient and the delivery was the quickest i have ever known”

“Very quick service, good price for light bulbs purchased. Screw fix didn't have the item in stock, even if they had it would have been a click and collect in 2 days. And this was delivered to my door.”

“4 stars would have been 5 stars but for damage to the quick start unit the fixing point at one end of the unit was broken which i had to adjust to secure properly to the back plate.”

I am sorry your lamps are not as you would wish, we do offer a 14 day returns policy so all unused items can be exchanged or credited.
