“Fine, except postage a bit heavy”

We have tried very hard to ensure the best deal possible for our customers and believe Fedex provide a reliable, courteous next day service at a very reasonable price this is however a per parcel price and on a smaller order can make a big difference. “The website is good and clear and easy to use. The own-brand halogen down lights I ordered appeared to be good value, and came swiftly and as ordered. However, they did not have proper, full reflective backing, and will therefore damage the light fittings, and I am in the process of seeking to return them. The 14 day no quibbles returns guarantee is an excellent concept, assuming it works. I emailed about the returns process yesterday and am awaiting a resposne.”

“Products and sevice good, let down by high delivery costs, i.e. last order for 6 bulbs very light and quite small package cost £5-99p + vat ---- £1-00 per bulb + vat.”

“Catalogue is fairly easy to use. Telephone sales agent was helpful. Items arrived quickly packed in bubblewrap and cardboard. Unfortunately. the cardboard tube end was not sealed and one flouroescent tube was broken upon receipt.”
