“Very pleased with light fittings purchased and speed of delivery. Lights are up and running and work well in a large room with high ceilings. Hoping they last expected length of time.”

“Good quality product, looks and feels robust. Easy to install. I would have given this 5 stars but the packaging when dispatched was poor and the review asks for the overall service not just the material quality.”

“Unfortunately the LED replacement for a fluorescent tube arrived broken, despite being well packed. The same happened when they sent another. Disappointed, I had to give up and get a refund. However, I was impressed with their service and would not hesitate to buy from them again, though perhaps not for a 1.8m glass tube, which doesn't seem well suited to carriage by carriers.”

“Service was excellent it could not be faulted from order to delivery, I had tracked my order all the way and it was delivered early on the day it was supposed to be, e-mails were constant and up to date.”

“Good, though part of the order didn't come until the following day. I would happily have waited a day and received the whole order in one delivery to reduce courier journeys. I would also have preferred recyclable packaging.”

“A good service with prompt delivery. Let down by two problems. I ordered a 5ft LED tube which came in a cardboard sleeve but rattled about in a larger box. It was broken. Lyco replaced it quickly when I telephoned but hadn't responded to an e-mail. The replacement was insecurely packed the same way but arrived intact. The other problem was that they had sent a 5% discount voucher but their system would not accept it”

“The problem we had was staying most of the day waiting for the delivery, when tracking the route taken by the driver took him very close to where we live but he then drove some way away.”
