I am sorry you did not originally receive the correct amount of lamps. Occasionally human error does occure when the goods are being picked and I can see we dispatched the outstanding lamps the following day and can only apologise for any inconvenience this caused. Jayne Bates Customer Service

“Overall, very satisfied - the only negatives being the website was a little clunky to navigate and i paid extra for shipping expecting my purchase a day earlier than its arrival.”

Thank you for your comments. The website is undergoing continuous improvement and should be more streamlined and even easier to navigate shortly. Your order was recieved first thing Monday morning and was delivered by 9.30am on Tuesday morning, this is our standard next day service the fastest service we provide.

“lyco packing needs looking into as on the last two orders the way its pack meant that the starters were damaged as they were at the bottom of the packing”
