“Originally went to Lyco for light bulbs and still do. Now they have a wider range of items and prices are competative. Packaging is good. Postage to Shetland would likely be cheaper if Lyco used Royal Mail or Parcel Force.”

“Delivery was prompt, but of the five ordered lights, three were smashed. Return collection and delivery were equally prompt, but a futher light was again smashed! Delivery the third time brought a fifth light in working order.”

“Unfortunately the LED replacement for a fluorescent tube arrived broken, despite being well packed. The same happened when they sent another. Disappointed, I had to give up and get a refund. However, I was impressed with their service and would not hesitate to buy from them again, though perhaps not for a 1.8m glass tube, which doesn't seem well suited to carriage by carriers.”

“Good service but stock control may be a bit suspect. On line shop said nil stock, 7 day delivery, but goods arrived next day ! Helpful staff sorted out credit card and discount query.”
