I am very sorry for the problem on your floodlight. We have tried to resolve this with a replacement lamp but please let us know immediately if this doesnt solve the issue and we will arrange a replacement and collection. “Easy to order online and next day delivery was great. the tubes were well wrapped but two were broken. They immediately sent out two replacements with no quibbling . excellent service and I will definitely be using them again.”

“I needed advice on whether Lyco's currently advertised halogen bulbs would work when relacing a 10 yearold long life bulb. I emailed them, they replied yes, and I boufght the bulbs. I am very pleased.”

I am sorry to hear you have had a problem with one of the fittings, they do have a very good track record with reliability so this should be a one off.
