“Easy to order online and next day delivery was great. the tubes were well wrapped but two were broken. They immediately sent out two replacements with no quibbling . excellent service and I will definitely be using them again.”

I am very sorry for the problem with damage on your delivery. We have invested a great amount of time in finding the correct packaging for each item to ensure they are best protected in transit unfortunately despite our best efforts an occasional item is damaged. “I needed advice on whether Lyco's currently advertised halogen bulbs would work when relacing a 10 yearold long life bulb. I emailed them, they replied yes, and I boufght the bulbs. I am very pleased.”

I am sorry to hear you have had a problem with one of the fittings, they do have a very good track record with reliability so this should be a one off. “The bulb was well packed and arrived on time, although FedEx ignored instructions to leave it with my next door neighbour so I had to go to their depot to collect it.”

“I found the website easy to use and navigate, with decent amount of information about the products. I am not a fan of the relatively narrow windows for the general product and specification etc information, which requires you to click to 'read more'. That minor quibble aside, a good buying experience and prompt delivery as promised.”
