I am really sorry you are having an issue with these lamps we have sold them for over a year now and this is the first time I have heard of any problems. I am really sorry you were unhappy with the product, this is one of our bestsellers and we have never had an issue with this before. “The ability to track the delivery was very helpful. The only quibble, which wasn't Lyco's fault as the bulbs had been presumably packed in 10's by the manufacturer, was that one pack of 10 boxes contained only 8 bulbs. As the bulbs are a fraction of the cost compared to individual ones bought locally, we considered that for the18 bulbs we still had a bargain.”
