“We are pleased with the product as it was exactly what we had anticipated from both visual representation of the item and the description provided. It is sometimes very difficult to ?really? know what your buying from how is shown on the website. These lights will serve our needs effectively.”

I am sorry you are unhappy with the lamp. The lamp you have received is a more expensive energy saver lamp which will save you 1/5 of the energy of a normal 100w lamp but still gives the same 100w output. Jayne Bates

“Product arrived broken - with not much in the way of packaging. Sent an e-mail and got no response. Eventually rang and advised that the product had arrived broken and a new one was sent immediately. (with much better packaging).”

“Wrong bulbs were sent in first instance, when told Lyco were very apologetic and sent the right bulbs for delivery the next day. One of the bulbs arrived broken again a replacement sent straight away.”

“Very quick delivery but website said the chrome trim could be fitted optionally. It came already fitted and we couldn't get it off, so the description online was not right.”

“Good selection of bulbs but took a while to understand the different types of bulb sizes and reflector and types and then tocompare conventional and new energy saving. Could do with some sort of comparison chart or feature alternatives when your looking at conventional bulbs”

“Good service but I immediately responded to Lyco e mail saying Lyco had plenty of 100w and 60w bulbs and most were sold out. I needed other stuff as well but e mail was misleading”
