I am sorry you are unhappy with your lamps the SBC lamps are regular small bayonet fitting ref B15 this is a industry standard fitting and have had no previous complaints about this, I have also tried one from stock here and it fits fine. The size of the lamp is stated on the webpage under "full description". “This pull up and down light is great, but the screws supplied are not adequate enough, and why have they gone from glass light bulbs to plastic ones, a step backwards I think.”

“Have used Lyco as a supplier for both my home & business for several years. Have always been satisfied with the quality of their products and on the occasions of any problems have found them quick to respond and resolve issues. Recent problem with Megaman GU10 bulbs failing to last the predicted 15000 hours, resulted in a period of research acknowledgement of no clear reason for failure and the supply of an extra set of bulbs as a gesture of good faith which is much appreciated. <br>”

“The transaction was good until the last bit. The deliverer let you down. I was on the point of contacting you as I had not received the product several days after your email telling me it was on its way. It eventually transpired that the parcel had been left with a neighbour who had kept missing me to pass on. The error was that there was no card through the door to let me know that it had been left next door. I did give instructions on the order that the parcel could be left in the cupboard but perhaps you had to have a signature which you could get from the neighbour not a from a cupboard. However, a notice telling me where it was should have been put through the letter box. All other transporters do so.”
