“Excellent service only let down by delivery company - for the second time arrived on the date it should but delivery company just dump the parcel at the end of our driveway!”

“Really helpful. The fan on the first light didn't work, so they sent a replacement immediately which arrived next day. They are arranging and paying for the return of the faulty one. Great service.”

“Lyco did a quick and as advertised mail order service. However with the floodlight it would have been helpfull if the advert mentioned it required a connection box in most cases as the attatched cable is short and they didn't want the unit opening to connect the supply”

“Ordering on-line is straightforward however, on the last two occasions that I have ordered fluorescent tubes a great number have arrived shattered. Although replacements arrived next day I was asked to dispose of the broken ones myself. Whilst we have a 'doom'box for our old tubes, we do have to pay for it, therefore it seems a little unfair that the broken items are not uplifted by Lyco. On the whole though the service we receive is very good.”

“Good to shop with, easy to do it on-line. But not all items in papaer catalogue are presented on-line. So we need to browse through the catalogue to find the items first before we process the orders on-line.”
