“The service was fine, my only quibble was, I didn't receive a confirmation email when I ordered the item and had to call to make sure the order had been received. However, the delivery cost was realistic and very prompt. Excellent!”

“This is the first time I have used Lyco. Unfortunately I have not received my products as they have been delivered to the wrong location. However when I inquired about this I was dealt with very efficiently, and the person I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful”

“The products were very good quality for the price so very pleased, I also ordered the light bulbs to go with the lanterns plus 2 extra for spares but 1 out of the 4 was broken so would think twice about ordering something delicate like that again.”

“One of the bulbs supplied was faulty but the problem was rectified very quickly, the replacement bulb arrived within two days. Many thanks for a good service Les Richardson”
