“Service and delivery was good. The product had poor documentation and although it wasn't part of the item, as it came without the ceiling hook required meant it wasn't able to be installed without a trip to a hardware shop. Product description would have been better if that information was included on the website.”

“I have only purchased once off LYCO and the pre-sales staff were very helpful and gave good advice on the products I was to purchase except for the bulbs which on arrival 2 did not work and on my first outing with them two more gave in very easily. I will contact them to look for a better quality/ more reliable bulb.”

“Delivery expectation was set by website claim that all orders received before 3pm would be shipped same day for next day delivery. My order was placed before 3pm but order not shipped till next day (a Friday), so delivery occurred on the following Monday. In my experience it is never a good idea to set such high expectations and then not follow through on them. Apart from this, good prices and good overall service.”
