they have not replied or sent me replacements for the faulty part and not supplied the missing mounting clips

Never received items rang and they said they will contact customers services. Not heard anything since.never use you again

I bought from you because you offered next day ( Saturday) delivery, you took my money and sent me a confirmation email saying delivery would be by dhl on Saturday. I waited in all day and nothing!!! I rang you but obviously you don?t work weekends?? I then chased dhl they knew nothing of the order.Monday came the delivery I then rang your customer service they said they would return postage A WEEK ON NOTHING. I needed the item for a job which now requires a 2nd visit and shows unprofessional on my part and spending £9.99 + vat on delivery which never came. I have used you in the past but now will probably not

I am sorry you are unhappy and understand your frustration, however we processed your transaction exactly as per the details supplied to us. You ordered just before 5pm on 26th and requested a Saturday delivery. This was in fact after our cut-off point of 4:45pm on a Friday. Each page of our website shows a countdown clock indicating when the next delivery option is for that product. As you placed your order too late, a Saturday delivery was not an option unfortunately. If you take a quick look at your order confirmation it confirms this. I would also ask you to double check at your premises please as your order is showing on DPD tracking as being delivered and signed-for on Monday 29th October at 10:38, a week ago today. I will forward the tracking details to you directly to allow you to investigate if someone at your premises has overlooked advising you that these in fact have been delivered. Had to wait three weeks for delivery, I was waiting to see how good the led bulbs were before ordering more, so once tested I went to buy more. I then found out that the lights were cheaper (and in stock) if you buy singles rather than the 5 pack (out of stock), and the discount code received for my next purchase expired two weeks before my lights arrived! Found a better service and price elsewhere.

I ordered a cable lights mid December with delivery before Christmas. It's never arrived at advertised time, instead I got a massage that it will come towards the end of year... Never happened! Emailed them myself to be told that will come in few weeks...then again... so at the end..arrived at the beginning of February. Now our electrition, who did all electric jobs in the house, can not make it till mid April...so we have to stay without this lights and can not even check if it's working at all... Really disappointed
