The item still hasn't been delivered after a week of being held at DPD local depot. I've spoken to Lyco support advisor who promised to call back but I didn't receive a call. I've now sent an email to customer services to try and resolve this issue. I know this is an issue with the courier but Lyco are still responsible.

I am very sorry for the delay with your order. It left us on time on a next day delivery service however when you opted to have it diverted to a DPD pick up point, it seems some difficulties were encountered by our carrier. We will of course raise this unacceptable delay with our DPD Account Manager. I am pleased to advise however that your order was delivered yesterday at 14:04 to your chosen Pick Upshop and it ready to collect. I am quite shocked, it seems I should never have trusted this company because not only did I pay a lot for P&P for 4 very small items I never received my purchase. It's been a week since I paid immediately via Paypal. Other than the order confirmation I haven't received any other emails either to say there's a delay or my order is on its way, nothing. I'm very upset right now.

Please accept our sincere apologies. Your order was received by us at 13:59 on 10th March and picked and packed on the same day. After investigating, it appears to have gone astray in transit. We have now arranged for a replacement order to be sent out on our express service to reach you within two days. I ORDERED 2 LIGHT BULBS ON 11/7/2018 , FINALLY RECEIVED THEM ON 24/ 7/2018. THE ITEMS WERE SENT FROM YOUR DEPOT WITH THE WRONG AREA CODE ,IT TOOK SEVERAL PHONE CALLS FROM ME TO YOUR CUSTOMS SERVICE DEPT. TO FINALLY GET MY BULBS DELIVERED TODAY.THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE WAS DESTINED TO DARLINGTON AND FINALLY FOUND RENFREW THE CORRECT DESTINATION. MUST DO BETTER.

I have a complaint and have had NO response from Lyco. The tube i ordered was delivered broken, email to Lyco, immediate response of "don't worry we'll replace it", great i thought. Second tube arrives, also broken absolutely no response what so ever.... emails and phone call. Started off well but has now descended into shocking service, its as if they don't respond ill go away.

I still have NOT RECEIVED THE BULBS was told that the order would be delivered on Monday 31st December we are now on the 3rd of January

There were 2 components in the order - one was fine, one was completely wrong. I called customer service 10 minutes after the delivery and it went to an answering service - so I left a message and my contact details. No callback was received so the next day I tried again - same result. The next day I emailed them - no reply. The next day I emailed the sales department who had sent me a bill - no reply. It is now 7 days later... I would like to point out that I have been using Lyco for years and never had an issue - so I do not know what has gone wrong here.

Despite several requests to deliver to ANY neighbour, this somehow was extremely difficult for the driver to do despite many of my neighbours being at home!! Very disappointed with DPD!! The parsed also arrived looking like it had been in a fight. Worrying as it contained light bulbs!! So disappointed!!

BY USING A RELIABLE DELIVERY COMPANY AS MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED .ORDERED ON THE 21ST NOW THE 29TH STILL NOT RECEIVED

It was slow. I was given several different delivery dates and they all passed by with no delivery. It took two months in the end. No updates and no communication as to why there was a delay.

Deliver as expected. Had products previously and delivery was as promised.Paid extra for express delivery (1-2 days) Friday (order within next 2 hours receive it sat 23rd) and told it should arrive between 6-8pm tonight (wed). Not impressed

Got charged delivery because I allegedly stay in the Highlands and Islands. I stay in mainland Scotland just over the border. I am at least 5 hours from the Highlands. They obviously have geography issues. I phoned up to complain and was told that was the charge so literally it was tuff luck. This is surely miss leading. I got told it was the delivery companies issue and was nothing to do with Lyco. Well i am buying from Lyco so I would expect them to be responsible ????

Thank you for taking the time to offer feedback. Our delivery charges are set out clearly on our website for customers to view prior to placing an order, and not incorporated into the price of the products. In many cases delivery is free of charge depending on the service required. Some areas unfortunately attract a slightly higher cost and these areas are designated by the carrier companies in question. We do however subsidise all delivery costs. I am pleased to note however that despite your reservations you chose to go ahead with your order. Kind Regards Patricia

Asked on two occasions for returning two items got an email to check my junk and said they had sent another copy of returns sheet. This however I was unable to open. Bad customer service is all I can say.

I sent this e-mail on 17/07/2019 and still no response: ___________ Dear Lyco, This isn?t good enough, we have been patient enough until now and passed on other options despite the initial sluggish delivery estimate, please find review of notifications from you: ?07/05 Original order made ?08/05 E-mail confirmation of delivery for 18/06 ?10/05 E-mail confirmation of delivery for 13/05 ?16/05 E-mail confirmation of delivery for 16/05 ?19/06 E-mail confirmation of delivery for 12/07 (had to chase for update) ?18/07 E-mail confirmation of delivery for 12/08 (had to chase for update) As a company you are letting us down massively ? we cannot complete the project without the mirror, if you miss 4 consecutive delivery dates, what are the guarantees the 5th will be met? Are your suppliers that poor and with your poor stock/reliability that you cannot do better here? Is there another supplier you can source them for to fulfil the order? Please can I refer you to your ?commitment to you? page: https://www.lyco.co.uk/about-lyco/our-commitment-to-you Please confirm what guarantees you can offer for this transaction. You?ve let us down heavily here, I think compensation would be due as well given the delay etc.
