I am sorry you appear to be disappointed. Your order was dispatched yesterday (5th August) and will be delivered tomorrow. Our carrier will be in touch directly with the delivery details in due course. As shown on our website these festoon lights were not in stock when you decided to place the order but arrived with us as expected yesterday. I had one bulb short on delivery, enailed this fact but as yet (4 days) no reply yoy have to look a long time tvice this bad

Customer service team ignore emails. I had items missing from my first order of £400 which were not replaced and I had to purchase additional parts at extra cost

I am sorry you are disappointed with us and the issue took longer than expected to resolve. We did in fact send out the missing cable for on 2nd July to complete your order. If this is not required now please let us know and we can arrange collection and refund of this element of the order. I hope you are enjoying the garden lighting purchased from us. Initial service was excellent and lights arrived really quickly, however I received one blue set and one green instead of two blue. I emailed customer service and was told a reply may take 3 days.....it has now been 5 days and still no response

First bulb arrived in 2 bits, not great! In fairness to Lyco it was clearly the fault of DPD. Lyco very efficiently sent a new bulb which again thanks to DPD arrived broken. I have given up and awaiting a refund. The overall robustness of pakaging NEEDS TO be addressed.

If you bother to read this then :- When I received my light and the florescent tube, the tube was broken , I bought a new tube loca, but please send me a replacement tube David

You can be assured we read all comments and very much appreciate customers taking the time to complete our feedback request.   I apologise that part of your order arrived damaged - our goods are fragile and despite our best efforts breakages periodically occur in transit.  I am  sorry we did not get the opportunity to assist you before now.   A quick telephone call, email or web message to advise us of the breakage would have had the matter resolved over a week ago and allow you the prompt use of your purchase. Ordered something and changed mind before them shipping it. Impossible to contact them as there is no free phone number and customer services didn't respond to email in time. When they finally did respond the item had already been shipped. They told me to refuse the delivery, which I did. Unfortunately I still haven't been refunded and I am still awaiting a response from their customer service team regarding when it might arrive. 1 week ago now. And nothing. Not even a response. Aaahhhh

Complete Amateurs. They could not run a bath never mind an online retail business, Wrong products shipped and then no communication about the remainder of the shipment. Full of excuses and blaming their new system. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ORDER ELSEWHERE. Award winning customer service is a complete joke.

Light delivered promptly, but found to be faulty on installation. Called to return the next working day and issued with a returns number and told the item would be collected as the returns label website was down. The light is still in our reception awaiting collection. I have sent two further emails, but no response..Pretty poor service i would say.

I am sorry you feel we have let down. We were initially contacted 5 working days ago at which time we immediately emailed the necessary returns instructions. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding but we have been waiting for a convenient date to be provided by you to allow us to book the collection with the carrier. My experience was very poor. Firstly 2 of the 18 candle lights did not work at all. The rest all flicker terribly at any setting even though my dimmers are only two years old. Part of the order didn't arrive until January when ordered early in Dec. This was without notification until the first package arrived. Shall not be using their services again.
