terrible out of the 24 lamps ordered 9 were broken due to inadequate packageing this is the second order that I have placed and have had the same problems

Unfortunately your items had to be returned to us by FedEx as they were unable to deliver.   The drivers are obliged to gain a signature otherwise leave a card asking for the customer to contact the local depot with a view to arranging a convenient date for re-delivery.  If after a number of days there is no contact the goods are sent back to us here.  This is what occurred in your case.  They were received back by us on 15th Feb and refunded to your original method of payment.  For future reference you can always advise us of specific delivery instructions which we can pass to FedEx on your behalf ie leave in a safe place or with a neighbour etc.   I trust this will be useful to you when you shop with us again.  Kind Regards, Patricia Mullane, Customer Care Manager.

I ordered it on the 25th March and it was meant to be delivered on the 3rd of April, It hasn't arrived yet, I have emailed customer services and they haven't replied, I phoned customer services yesterday and they were going to find out and they still haven't.

This p I r light isn't up to much,it arrived on time n I fitted it the same day on checking it at night found it had come on as soon as it got dark n stayed on wouldn't go off .rang up n got a replacement light the next day.fitted it n low n behold this did exactly the same.so wouldn't recommend this light .

I get plenty of b**lls**t about " Award Winning Customer Service Team" but they sent the goods with a part missing and now a week later the promised part has still not arrived. Waste of time paying for next day delivery when 7 days later I haven't go all of the parts.

They use Hermes which is an appalling delivery service. I ordered my products a month ago. When I order they said 3 days to deliver and I am still waiting. The service I have had is terrible.

Product never arrived, attempted to speak to some human at both the company and the courier company with no success. In the end I have had to take Martin Lewis advice and go to Resolve they are now dealing. I cannot comment on the quality of the LED bulbs as I have not received them. This has to be a courier problem as they show on their tracking site it being signed for at my address. Shame that whoever signed it could not spell my simple first name.

Reply to emails in a timely fashion allowing for Covid this is still very slapdash. Other companies do better, and care more.

Emailed customer support 2 minutes after placing order asking to cancel the order. Paid high delivery cost for 3-5 days and it turn up the next day before they even relied.

You placed your order at 18:18 on Thursday 12th September which is unfortunately after our office is closed for the day. Your order was then processed by our warehouse team the following day. We receive many many emails every day therefore cannot guarantee to immediately read and respond to a cancellation request made in this way. Our automatic reply sent to all customers who email us sets out clearly our expected response times. Telephoning our Customer Care Team when our offices re-opened on the following day would have been a better option to allow us to assist. We process all orders as quickly as we possibly can to ensure we not only meet, but if at all possible, exceed our customer's expectations in relation to delivery times. The lamps are a disaster. They flicker - intermittently. Have tried all lamps in different places but no luck. One hour flicker - 2 hours ok - flicker again..... Fortunately I kept the halogens. Unfortunately I threw the packaging away for the LED replacements so can't return them

Delivery very prompt but needed to return the item and have spent days chasing customer services. Arranged a collection but driver didnt bother to turn up, chased for a new date - no response. Sales/products great - Customer Service rubbish

The item still hasn't been delivered after a week of being held at DPD local depot. I've spoken to Lyco support advisor who promised to call back but I didn't receive a call. I've now sent an email to customer services to try and resolve this issue. I know this is an issue with the courier but Lyco are still responsible.

I am very sorry for the delay with your order. It left us on time on a next day delivery service however when you opted to have it diverted to a DPD pick up point, it seems some difficulties were encountered by our carrier. We will of course raise this unacceptable delay with our DPD Account Manager. I am pleased to advise however that your order was delivered yesterday at 14:04 to your chosen Pick Upshop and it ready to collect. I am quite shocked, it seems I should never have trusted this company because not only did I pay a lot for P&P for 4 very small items I never received my purchase. It's been a week since I paid immediately via Paypal. Other than the order confirmation I haven't received any other emails either to say there's a delay or my order is on its way, nothing. I'm very upset right now.

Please accept our sincere apologies. Your order was received by us at 13:59 on 10th March and picked and packed on the same day. After investigating, it appears to have gone astray in transit. I ORDERED 2 LIGHT BULBS ON 11/7/2018 , FINALLY RECEIVED THEM ON 24/ 7/2018. THE ITEMS WERE SENT FROM YOUR DEPOT WITH THE WRONG AREA CODE ,IT TOOK SEVERAL PHONE CALLS FROM ME TO YOUR CUSTOMS SERVICE DEPT. TO FINALLY GET MY BULBS DELIVERED TODAY.THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE WAS DESTINED TO DARLINGTON AND FINALLY FOUND RENFREW THE CORRECT DESTINATION. MUST DO BETTER.
