THE SEARCH FACILITY IS USELESS. THEIR IS NO LOGICAL ORDER IN THE WAY A SELECTION CAN BE MADE

I am very sorry for the problem with your delivery. we would like you to be 100% happy with the product you have chosen and will gladly exchange the radiator for a checked and repacked item, this could be with you from stock tomorrow. easy to order and very quick delivery however when i ordered my items, unfortunatly i put my old postcode in for delivery therefore the delivery address was incorrect but i called customer service and they said they would inform the driver of them correct address. The item was delivered the following day,according to the internet, so i called customer service and they said i wasnt home to left it at no. 8. i constantly knocked at the door with no answer so put a note through the door. A couple of days later a neighbour said there was a parcel at the post office for me. I went to collect it only to be informed that the driver had infact left it at my old address not no. 8 so he had lied to customer service and then to me, so dissappointed about this but overall service very good.

The website didnt give as much information as I would have like, I ordered the wire lighting system, the info did not tell me how big the transformer was..I have no access to a loft and there was nowhere to hide it . Although it was straight forward to send the package back I was not prepared for the shock of paying £23 for postage to return the item...will not be ordering again..cant afford it if I have to return

The problem was caused by the delivery company which placed my parcel by a neighbours door when I was in an waiting. There was no contact number for Hermes and I had to go searching

Lyco's website is easy to navigate and the goods arrived on time and exactly as ordered. Perhaps not the cheapest, but ease of ordering makes it worth it.

Good company - good website - although sometimes lightbulbs are hard to find if you're looking for something unusual. The quick find is not very good at helping! My real gripe however (and the reason I don't order until a% off day) is the cost of the postage/courier service. It should be much much lower. Add the obligatory £9.99 to any lightbulb order and you may as well forget the cheaper prices.

Until my last order I have always found them to be very helpful. I was disappointed with my last order - the packaging on the goods was in a dreadful state and a number of parts were missing - not what I would have expected from this company.
