Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Unfortunately due to the incandescent lamps you purchased being discontinued and almost out of stock the manufacturers have put the prices up a number of times and we have no alternative supply to provide competitive pricing. “Supply of products was as expected. the items required were as described and arrived within the advised timescale. My only minor criticism is with Hermes courier which delivered the parcel to outside my front door, making no attempt to contact anyone in the house (I was home). They sent me a text to say they had delivered the package with an image of the signature of whoever was supposed to have received the package. This must have been the drivers signature as no-one else was home (I would have been aware of any attempt to contact someone in the house), the package was actually left at the front door (next to a meter box) and a neighbour was also not involved in taking delivery.”
