Very satisfied with the bulbs and prompt delivery. Terrible customer service. Called to ask for advise on the best colour for the kitchen area as opposed to the living room and dining area which is all one. Agent had no idea on what to suggest except to talk about the lighting in his own apartment.

I am sorry you have not yet received your order.  Just over twenty four hours after you placed it on-line, FedEx attempted to deliver.  As they found no one in they left a card requesting you contact them to arrange a more convenient time.  As no contact has been made your order remains at their depot.  FedEx are obliged to obtain a signature unless other arrangements have been put in place, ie to leave with a neighbour etc.  No such arrangements have been advised to us or to FedEx to date.   Had our Customer Care Department been contacted either by phone, email or web message regarding you missing your delivery  we could have intervened immediately with FedEx to ensure the matter was brought to a swift conclusion.  I will liaise with our carriers and be in touch with you directly in due course.  Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and we look forward to you shopping with us again very soon. your rating would be higher if the bulb I purchased lasted longer than 14 hrs will not be buying anymore

The ordered item was not delivered, a completely different item was. Lyco said FedEx would pick up the incorrect item on Thurs 13 April. Waited in all day for FedEx, but did not show up. E mailed Lyco but no reply received yet. The wrong item is still here Mon 17th.

Product delivered within a reasonable timeframe but unable to track online. With second order could not even order online and had to make a telephone order for which I an still waiting. I had in all to make 3 telephone calls regarding late delivery and discovered product out of stock. On the third call I cancelled the order. Later I discovered that the three calls had cost me £8.06 as the Company use a 0843 number.

I am sorry you had cause to cancel your order due to an unexpected delay with the items coming into stock.   Unfortunately periodically delays can occur in which case we send out emails advising the revised delivery dates and also containing a freephone number should customers wish to get in touch. This number is also shown on various other customer facing documentation.  We can also be contacted via email, web message, Twitter and Facebook should those methods be preferred. Lights ordered on 21october now 30 October nine day wait ! NO LIGHTS ... unable to get help by phone to Lyco - answer phone message left - no reply - email sent - no reply have to wait three days for reply still waiting !!! Hermes have allegedly tried to deliver items three times text ... for delivery arrives after time slot.... unable to connect Hermes by phone or email WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. PLEASE HELP

There was an item missing which was the bulb. I contacted you but i wasnt to be believed. I was told it was delivered. I told you by email several times it was not. I even checked my cctv at the time you told me it was supposed to be delivered. I emailed again only to be told my email had been passed onto someone else. Eventually you emailed and said another bulb was to be delivered. I had already booked the electrician but i had no bulb. I had to go out and purchase a bulb and asked for a refund on the bulb you hadnt sent but i didnt get one. At the end of the day an apology would have been nice and we all make mistakes but i didnt even get that.

Lyco operates across a number of websites and although they happen to say in stock when you buy them it turns out you have to wait for the lights to come from holland which takes weeks

1. DPD failed to deliver on the 1st attempt. Said they had left a card to explain. That was untrue. No card! The photo with the text was not of my house. It just showed sky with tops of trees. 2. I tried numerous times to contact yourselves by email but with no success. I phoned continuously but kept getting a pathetic recorded message that "all our staff are busy at present". I kept trying all of the helpline numbers (1, 2, 3 etc) but nobody around to answer, just the same recorded rubbish. 3. It finally arrived yesterday, too late to complete the installation. It's patently obvious your staff were'nt at work. So no more frustrated dealings with Lyco ! Dave Coe
