“Discount code not accepted by the system when placing order. Told by customer services that it would be applied once the order dispatched. That was nearly 2 months ago and still no credit - despite multiple emails to Customer Services. Still being sent weekly emails offering me discounts on future purchases!”

“I made two separate purchase and delivery time was excellent for both. However I had a technical query regarding the first delivery received on 4 June and have made numerous phone calls, left numerous voicemails, sent emails but I still haven?t received a response after 4 weeks. My second purchase was a necessary because I was tired of waiting for a response to my query. I suppose you got another sale but you have also got a dissatisfied customer.”

“Excellent quality product as described on the website. Some confusion in the messages from Lyco as to when I would get a delivery, even though I was expecting some delay because of availability of the product. Even so arrived in a reasonable time.”

“Lyco were honest about long leadtimes on delivery at the start, but in the end they beat the delivery date they gave. The batten itself is very lightweight, was easy to install and casts so much light. I have two double fluorescents at the other end of the garage, yet this single batten is far brighter than both.”
