“Ordering an LED T8 Glass lamp online was straightforward. However, it arrived poorly packed and as a result smashed. On reporting this immediately by phone I was promised a new delivery that arrived the next day. I am now delighted with the performance of the product - and, apart from the initial setback, delighted too with service from Lyco - thank you, Lyco!”

“All good apart from no 'Fragile' sign on parcel box or tape. One of nine wall lights was damaged so I had the extra hassle of getting a replacement (which did have 'Fragile' on the parcel box).”

“The reason I have only given this item a two star rating is the connecting lead supplied is ridiculously short and makes fitting it very difficult and as it is an outside light the connection needs to be weather proof. There is no way to replace this lead into the unit so over all I wouldn't recommend it or buy it again”

“I ordered the wrong bulbs and contacted the sales team as directed and was assured of a reply in about three days on how to return them and I asked bulbs with a thinner screw in end.So far no reply - hence rating.”

“Lyco operates across a number of websites and although they happen to say in stock when you buy them it turns out you have to wait for the lights to come from holland which takes weeks”
