“Good product choice, fast dispatch. My delivery held up though because courier delivered Mon-Fri only. I was out on first delivery attempt (Fri) and then had to wait until Monday to receive goods.”

“Delivery can still be variable. This time, my three big boxes arrived (in an old unmarked white van, supposedly FedEx) loaded with little care, judging by the bashes to the containers and looking inside the van. Fortunately the contents were well packed.”

“First time user. Excellent range of goods in catalogue. Found what I wanted and order was dispatched promptly. Unfortunately one of five items was defective and I used the customer services e-mail address to report this and get a returns label. My complaint is that I got no response at all to this and after three days I phoned Lycos. Then the matter was resolved very quickly and I had a replacement the following day. Lycos should not give an e-mail option for returns if the service is not operational.”
