“Goods arrived ok but were faulty. I rang customer service and they respnded asing me to return at my cost. Spoke again to customer service and they agree 'if' faulty then they would arrange free postage. To prove them faulty I had to speak with an engineer. I am still awaiting his call baxk after 5 days.”

“It took more than a week to get through to their customer service team re returns and one faulty item. They did not respond to several messages. Disappointing as previously good service from this company. Excuse was "We're busy because it's Christmas". One item was unusable - looked like a slightly poorer quality in the product since the last time we purchased same item.”
