“First bulb arrived in 2 bits, not great! In fairness to Lyco it was clearly the fault of DPD. Lyco very efficiently sent a new bulb which again thanks to DPD arrived broken. I have given up and awaiting a refund. The overall robustness of pakaging NEEDS TO be addressed.”

“There were 2 components in the order - one was fine, one was completely wrong. I called customer service 10 minutes after the delivery and it went to an answering service - so I left a message and my contact details. No callback was received so the next day I tried again - same result. The next day I emailed them - no reply. The next day I emailed the sales department who had sent me a bill - no reply. It is now 7 days later... I would like to point out that I have been using Lyco for years and never had an issue - so I do not know what has gone wrong here.”

“The bin bags are fit for purpose but it seems a bit silly that the postage to get them to me was more than the cost of the product which makes the convenient of shopping on line very expensive .”
