“Ordering easy. Delivery excellent. After sales slow still awaiting replacements for two damaged items. I know it a busy time of year but I did report damage within 24 hours and a week later no further contact”

“Arrived promptly and well packaged. Installed without problem after Lyco confirmed led ballast for led tube was included with tube. The dimmable 118mm led replacement halogen work very well with our led compatible touch dimmers and the 'daylight' output is so much better than the standard orange glow. ( In our opinion)”

“Delivered on time and goods were as expected, only drawback was the polarity of the output transformer was reversed and the unit failed to work, thankfully the electrician was able to mske good and saved havingbto send the unitbback.”
