“I am very sceptical buying from companies ive not heard of before or purchased off from. When buying this I was not expecting it to come so well packaged to make sure it dosent break along the way (I bought a strip light) and I got a quick response via email when I had a query. I would recommend this anyday! thankyou”

“I have a complaint and have had NO response from Lyco. The tube i ordered was delivered broken, email to Lyco, immediate response of "don't worry we'll replace it", great i thought. Second tube arrives, also broken absolutely no response what so ever.... emails and phone call. Started off well but has now descended into shocking service, its as if they don't respond ill go away.”

“Complete Amateurs. They could not run a bath never mind an online retail business, Wrong products shipped and then no communication about the remainder of the shipment. Full of excuses and blaming their new system. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ORDER ELSEWHERE. Award winning customer service is a complete joke.”

“I'd give you five except that you recommended C batteries for the lights we bought. So we ordered 10 packs only to find that you should have recommended D batteries. £30 wasted!”
