Lights arrived before date they were due to be back in stock. Summer sale convinced us to buy. Personally I dislike Hermes as a delivery service. Their lack of telephone communication as an option is poor. Products were delivered to a neighbour even though we confirmed we wouldn?t be able to receive delivery.

Quick service and good price. Would have preferred a warm white, but not available. Not had a chance to fit them yet...... Big negative though, was that on arrival I found out that they were made in China! I am trying not to buy Chinese goods, but it is almost impossible when ordering online as country of origin is not shown.

Excellent quality product as described on the website. Some confusion in the messages from Lyco as to when I would get a delivery, even though I was expecting some delay because of availability of the product. Even so arrived in a reasonable time.

Ordering an LED T8 Glass lamp online was straightforward. However, it arrived poorly packed and as a result smashed. On reporting this immediately by phone I was promised a new delivery that arrived the next day. I am now delighted with the performance of the product - and, apart from the initial setback, delighted too with service from Lyco - thank you, Lyco!

All good apart from no 'Fragile' sign on parcel box or tape. One of nine wall lights was damaged so I had the extra hassle of getting a replacement (which did have 'Fragile' on the parcel box).

Everything was excellent; prompt delivery, well packaged, complete order Unfortunately one of the 3 cooker lamps arrived with damaged packing (box) and the filament in the bulb was broken. This was a result of damage to the box prior to it being packaged and despatched. The delivery box box package was in perfect condition.

The order was processed quickly and arrived earlier than expected. Downside is they offered 10% off first order voucher. But reduced light I was buying by £1 less than 1% so that (I assume) it would not be valid for voucher as my code was rejected every time I tried. No response to my email enquiry about this

I ordered 4 x garden wall lights from Lyco and delivery was no problem at all. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong type of lights by mistake. I immediately rang Lyco who told me "no problem at all" and to just return by the link on the email from their returns department, which I did. The parcel was picked up from me on the 20th April, however it has taken only till yesterday (19th May) for them to return me my money. (over £500) I did call them a couple of times and email them to chase my refund, to which they reminded me that refunds can take up to 14 days.......? fair enough in 'these times', BUT I think it is/was a bit cheeky, bearing in mind and compared to other items delivered to me and returned by courier all within a few days!!!!!

Everything that Lyco did was very good and worthy of a five star rating but I only gave 4 stars because they used a carrier who transported their goods in a poor way and therefore wiped out all the benefits of the Lyco quality of service. The goods arrived badly damaged and I have been awarded a full refund. I could not re-order because the goods I then wanted were showing online as out of stock. But I have had other goods delivered this week by this delivery company from a totally different company to your own and they too were damaged. So excellent service from Lyco but spoiled by the delivery company's mis handling of fragile parcels.

I am happy with the product that I received, even though it is not what I ordered. It was rather inconvenient to have to drill new holes to mount it ,as the spacing is different from our existing one, otherwise fine

Service and delivery was good. The product had poor documentation and although it wasn't part of the item, as it came without the ceiling hook required meant it wasn't able to be installed without a trip to a hardware shop. Product description would have been better if that information was included on the website.

Good prompt delivery and lights were as described. Outer packaging was perhaps not as secure as it might have been and carton was resealed by Hermes, the delivery company. Fortunately product was not damaged inside.
