I bought two of the 45W eco LED battens for the garage to replace fluorescent lights and incandescents bulbs. Even at 4000+ lumens, I wasn't sure they'd be bright enough. They are bright, I completed the set up with two more. It's like four light sabres in the rafters. And even at 3 - 5 days delivery they were here in two days. Good service.

Fast delivery. Website easy enough to use. Packaging was excessive for a single lightbulb. I cant see why the two orders were packaged and shipped separately. The box the lightbulb came in was big enough to take the light fitting as well!

Please accept my apologies for the extra packaging. In order to get these items to you as soon as possible we sent the lamp out from our warehouse and the fitting was sent directly from the manufacturer meaning they could not be packed together. Regards Jayne Bates Customer Service Advisor

The items arrived promptly on schedule. One fluorescent tube was faulty (loose pin) - however a Lyco rep offered a replacement during a follow up phone call by Lyco to check that delivery had been made.

The service was great. The item has one teal flaw it's hard to see the timer and set it once it has been fixed so difficult to see as well.

Great quality products. However it would have been better if they came at once rather needing to be in everyday for each item. Also price could have been a little better, although that is just extra bonus.

Catalogue and information contained therein is valuable and right up to date. Soem of the newer energy saving products are disappointing to say the least in terms of light output and comparison with the items that they are meant to replace.

LED is a constantly evolving source iof light. We recognise that whilst a huge saving in energy LED does not ALWAYS give the desired quality of light. Don't hesitate to ask our sales advisors for additional information. Thanks for the feedback. Charles Barnett - Managing Director

Lyco's service is generally very good. The problem is the descriptions on their website are often lacking in information and/or are inconsistant for the various products, such as with regard to output, IP rating, cable lengths (particularly in respect of outdoor lighting). Without this information it is difficult to know if you getting a product that is adequate for the job intended. This can lead to items having to be returned, which wastes both time and money for both Lyco and the customer.<br>

On the whole a good service although when I complained previously about a broken LED GL10 I was promised a replacement unit that never arrived and sometimes you do seem to get bad batches of stock including the 40W Small Screw Golf Balls from my last order which were hopeless. But generally quite good value for money
