“An unfortunate error in the warehouse meant a wrong product was delivered. Customer service were excellent in sorting out the problem, ensuring that the wrong product was collected and its replacement was delivered the following day. Very reassuring. “Floodlight looks and feels like a top quality product. Still to get it installed, but sure it will give a brilliant light at a very low cost. Prewiring is a great boon....usually a case of wiring the lamp, while perched uncomfortably on a ladder. Very speedy delivery. Faultless product and service.”
