Having already ordered some down lights, I decided I wanted to add one more to our bathroom. I placed the order and received it very quickly. Great products at a good price. Very happy with the service, price and speed of delivery.

Absolute rapid delivery, great item, well priced. The only criticism I could level would be towards the courier APC, the cardboard box containing the strip light was totally flattened, and damaged after being stored beneath every other delivery in the van, despite it being labelled adequately as fragile. Just lucky that the contents were not damaged, thank you Lyco, not impressed with APC though.

Recently ordered pack of ten Gu10 bulbs. Received within days but discovered I had ordered wrong type. Quick call to Lyco resolved situation by actions of two very helpful staff. Received replacement and full refund on original purchase. All done between 16/6 and 24/6. Great Service.

Bought 3-off V-Tac 5ft LED battens from Lyco. Better value than Amazon. I have 8 of these in various sizes and will continue to purchase from Lyco as I need more. Check out their well built website, you will be impressed by the range of lighting they can supply.

The Products are OK. However, their system initially confirmed I had not placed an order then charged and sent 4 separately packages including four delivery charges. Had I required 16 bulbs then one order would have been adequate, never four times four bulbs. Complete incompetence and indifference has been shown by Lyco Group Ltd.

Thank you for getting in touch. I am sorry you appear disappointed with your experience shopping with us. However, you repeated your original order a further three times despite being sent an order confirmation timed at 14:28, which you appear to have overlooked, after the very first transaction. Subsequent order confirmations sent to you were timed at 14:29, 14:30 and 14:31 respectively. I will forward these to you again. I am not sure why you believe this is an error on our part. We had no errors at all with our system and no similar feedback of any issue from other customers buying online at the same time. The best course of action perhaps would have been to contact us before repeating the order and we could have confirmed your original order had been received. In addition, regular checking spam/junk folders is always advised. If you need any assistance in relation to returning the unwanted items for refund please let us know and we will be happy to help.
