Connector is wrong. It has a plastic split sheath around the pins. Had to saw it off to get it to fit my plug and play Techmar lighting. Why has it changed?

Thank you for getting in touch. The connectors on these garden lights was changed some years ago by the manufacturer due to European Regulations. It was not something Lyco had any control over whatsoever. Our Sales Team would have been able to advise you on the manufacturing changes if the opportunity had arisen. First time buying lights with them. Their service is great, delivery very fast. My light came with a starter which made it useful and easy to install. Their prices are great.

I found the ordering easy enough but your couriers leave a lot to be desired. On Friday they informed me that they had got my parcel and would be delivering it later. However ever since this message it has been one excuse after another and here we are at Saturday afternoon and nothing has arrived. So much for overnight deliveries??? I’ll update when I receive my lamp?

Customer Service excellent. Both technical and after delivery. The lightbulbs arrived badly packed and rattling so asked for replacement. CS asked for better packing. Arrived next day. They were better packed but still rattling in box. Let's hope they are OK. The only packing was large air balloons too big to wrap around small items - like bubble wrap.

Advised that product would be delivered on 8th, did not turn up. Delivery rescheduled for 9th, only 1 of 4 boxes was delivered. Now being told other boxes were taken back to the depot and will be delivered on Monday. Poor communication.
