“THIS WAS MY FIRST TRANSACTION WITH LYCO. I FOUND THE WEBSITE EASY TO USE AND IDENTIFIED EXACTLY THE PRODUCT I WAS LOOKING FOR WITHOUT HASSLE. DELIVERY OF MY ORDER WAS COMMENDABLY QUICK AND THE GOODS WERE EXACTLY AS ORDERED. WHO COULD ASK FOR MORE ? I CERTAINLY EXPECT TO BE DOING FURTHER BUSINESS WITH LYCO IN FUTURE.”

“Lyco communication was great and the apparent delivery time was also good. Unfortunately they use DX express as their couriers who have now failed to deliver on 2 occasions, 1st time they never showed and the 2nd time I literally walked up to the driver to ensure I got my parcel but he just drove off. Lyco really should have done their due diligence before contracting such an awful firm.”
