Products great, delivery great, response to emails great. However there seems to be a bug on their system where you no longer automatically get invoices emailed to you. You used to always get a proper VAT invoice emailed once the goods have been dispatched. This no longer happens and they are aware of this but to date (this is our 4th order this year), it has not yet been resolved and we are having to email them asking for a VAT invoice after each order. PLEASE FIX THIS LYCO!!
