“Very disappointed that the item was delivered to a different house number despite being correctly addressed (not even direct neighbour) and no card left so I had to call to find out what had happened. Only received it over a week after it was supposed to have been delivered.”

“Lyco need to find an alternative delivery partner! DPD were shocking. Tried to deliver to the wrong address, despite detailed instructions and a contact telephone number. Took a photo of someone else's house as "proof". Said they would deliver the following day and didn't.”
