“The payment screen did not appear to accept my payment. So I called customer service. Helpful staff but unaware that the three calls cost nearly £3-00. Products delivered on time and are as ordered. .”

“For once we purchased a product that far exceeded our expectations, our picture light was well packaged and when we opened it we realized it was exactly the same colour as our picture frame (which was a bonus). The picture light was easy to install, built with quality materials and the remote control and the quality of the light was perfect. Our expensive piece of art is now a center point in our lounge. Great product.”

“I have some difficulty buying these bulbs but Lycos had them and sent them out fairly quickly. Came in a giant box though and pricey but the more I got the cost came down.”

“Excellent website, easy to find the products needed. However shipping cost to Moray was expensive and delayed by 2 days, because it was thought to be a remote location, which its not. Else I would have rated it 5 star.”

“I ordered it on the 25th March and it was meant to be delivered on the 3rd of April, It hasn't arrived yet, I have emailed customer services and they haven't replied, I phoned customer services yesterday and they were going to find out and they still haven't.”
