“The service I received from Lyco was very good. They did not have my whole order available when I placed it and I was given dates for when the first part of the order would be delivered, and a date for the balance of the order. The deliveries were made as promised via DPD, who I personally are the best courier out there. This is my first order with this company, and based on my experience, I would use them again.”

“From a customer service perspective Lyco are great but the description of the items I purchased, Luceco FType 6W Dimmable Warm White LED Fire Rated Downlight, is not quite correct. The lamps don't dim properly using lightwave RF dimmer packs, and a false load needs to be added to stabilise them and stop flickering. This added load obviously negates any power saving there was to be made. This stopped a 5 star rating.”
