“as unproven; I rate one star to the contents knowledge of the print on the goods of which say otherwise 14watts = 16w as to 15w. The return goods and refurnd I thank as looking again to my ebay and e-mail to see the fit on the bulb which were non-stated "gr8'. anything else? yes ... a gr8 bulb 13w=16w 1130lumens.”
