Thank you for your custom. We were unfortunately unable to supply 100w incandescents once our current stock was depleted due to the manufacturers decision to stop production in line with the governments low energy policy. The leading alternative is now LED lighting which may be a option if you do not get on with the low energy lamps, should you need any help or advice on this please do not hesitate to contact our Sales team who would be pleased to talk you through your options. “good buy will use again in the future if need pity then sent 60watt instead of 40watt that was ordered hopefully it will be ok in my kitchen light”

“Easy to purchase and quick delivery we had a concern on delivery - the driver was obviously pushed for time simply left the goods at the back door. Fortunately I heard a vehicle and went to investigate and found the package, but it could have been out all night or worse at the mercy of our 3 labradors.”

“Easy to use website, no issues setting up an account. Minimum order of 5 units was a bit more than I wanted but at least I was able to get the product and it's not too many for a domestic order.”

We are looking into alternative ways to package and send our products however, due to the fragile nature of the products that we sell, the packaging we use helps to prevent any damage that may be caused in transit. “Good prices and service. There are problems with the website though. Once I paid by visa on the site and it didn't go through and I got an Invoice after the goods. Last purchase the chrome light fittings were only traceable through business essentials and not through light fittings. They must be losing business as i could have given up easily. I also asked about a wattage rating on a double dimmer switch and was given an uninformed answer which turned out to be wrong. Data is lacking on the site and customer services takes too long to phone back and have poor knowledge or will say first thing they think of.”
