“The web site is not easy to use. A fact confirmed to me by the Lyco sales assistant I called when having difficulty locating a product. Also the site does not warn about T4 tubes of the same wattage being available in different lengths. Poor. My refund was quickly given. Thank you for that.”

“Lyco helpful and quick to despatch. Couriers not so good. After first failed delivery, failed to answer phone and setting a new delivery date on their website was ignored twice. Eventually returned goods to Lyco, who had to re-send on a day when I could wait in for delivery.”

“Ordering an LED T8 Glass lamp online was straightforward. However, it arrived poorly packed and as a result smashed. On reporting this immediately by phone I was promised a new delivery that arrived the next day. I am now delighted with the performance of the product - and, apart from the initial setback, delighted too with service from Lyco - thank you, Lyco!”

I am pleased we have offered the service you required. We have made changes to both the packaging and the carrier we use to ensure the goods are received in the best possible condition, unfortunately due to the very delicate nature of the products we offer odd breakages do occur but are quickly and efficiently dealt with by speaking to Customer Services. I can see you have had free of charge replacements for a batch of the golfballs in 2009 but have had no further contact with regard to early failures. Please advise Customer Service if you are still having problems with this and they will investigate fully. Kim Puttick Customer Service Manager

I am really sorry to hear you are having a problem with your lamps. I have checked the item logs for this lamp and it is very unusual we have sold this for 7 years and only ever had a handful of faulty lamps reported in that time. The lamps were discontinued in favour of an LED alternatives in Dec 2014 so in this instance I will raise a full refund for the lamps to enable you to purchase an alternative.
