“Generally pleased with these lights, except for diffusers are a bit on the flimsy side & the 2D lamps are show differently through the diffusers which spoils the effect as the are in the same room”

“Good range of products at quite reasonable prices, delivery quick and efficient. Web site enough to make you tear your hair out, Lyco can bombard you with weekly emails on deals & being a caring company, but web site ties you in knot after knot, any amount of emails to get you out of it all ignored. Now buying elsewhere as well as much easier. Web site needs seriously looking at, needs to be more logical for those not very familiar with it.”

“Good service with regards to phone calls and delivery. The only thing I would complain about is that we were charged for returning some light bulbs that had being ordered by mistake, the most annoying part was that Lyco were delivering the next day but refused to take these back on the delivery van, I have contemplated looking around for other companies who do not charge for returns.”

“Overall service is reliable - occasionally a product has been missed from the order but the staff are very quick to send out relevant item. Good value for money. To make the most of Lyco prices I club together with relatives to bulk order products. I would definitely recommend their service.”

“Lyco fine, delivery not so hot. Box clearly marked fragile and it came to us battered and bruised. A few bulbs not useable but not so many as to make a fuss.”
