“Lyco have supplied a number of lighting products for me and items are usually delivered very quickly. A larger product range, and the option to choose a specific manufacturer for some lamps (as a rival online company offers) would be the only suggestion I would have in order to improve the service.”

“Lyco are very good, not only do i buy my bulbs fro at home but alos for the offices as well. My only concern would be when somethign arrives that does not wokr/is broken, you can email for days before you get a reply which is a shame as everything else is good.”

I am very sorry for the extended lead time on this item unfortunately we were only informed of the delay by the manufacturer once the item should have been delivered and they could not give us a definite date as they were still waiting for the items to be ready. We always try to keep customers as advised as possible but were unable to give more information in this instance I apologies for this it is not how we like to operate. “Good communication with the company when the items I ordered were not right (my fault not there's)....disappointed that you have to pay postage to return items.....the post office today quoted £14.58 for the return by second class recorded! Lyco offer postage for £5.99 but a lot of companies have free returns so be aware of this.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Lyco only expect customers to pay for what we call "Change Your Mind" returns. When we receive the goods back we then refund the value of these goods plus the orignal delivery charge. Customers can make their own arrangements to return items or we can instruct Fed Ex to collect from any address requested. It does not have to be the original delivery address as it may be more convenient to have an item collected from a work address or perhaps a neighbour's. The customer chooses a convenient date (Mon to Fri) and we take care of the rest. These items arrive back at our warehouse the following working day. “My first order was delivered very well packaged and on time. There was a small problem with my second order but Lyco were extremely prompt and very efficient in resolving the issue to my complete satisfaction. I will definitely shop with them again and have no hesitation in highly recommending their products and the excellent customer service.”
